2006-07 SEASON:

Played three years at the University of Connecticut before leaving as a junior to enter the NBA Draft…was a Consensus All-America First Team selection and a unanimous pick as the 1993-94 Big East Conference Player of the Year, averaging 25.1 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.3 blocks as a junior…finished second to Purdue's Glenn Robinson in most Player of the Year polls …ranked 14th in the nation in scoring and eighth in blocked shots…set Connecticut single-season records for points (855), field goals (307), free throws (200) and blocked shots (111)… left the Huskies as the all-time leader in blocked shots (245) and as their sixth leading scorer (1,648)… scored a career-high 42 points twice…led the team in scoring (17.0), rebounding (7.8) and blocked shots (56) as a sophomore…selected to the Big East All-Rookie Team as a freshman, averaging 11.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks in 30 games.
